What is this page for vs the Reels downloader?

What format and quality do I get?
Videos download as MP4 at the highest resolution Instagram stores for that post — commonly 720p or 1080p — with the original audio track included.
Is the audio included in the MP4?
Yes. Feed video downloads include the original soundtrack. If you only need sound as a file, use the Audio (MP3) downloader instead.
Can I download the video thumbnail?

Does LiteDL re-encode the video?
No. The file is retrieved from Instagram’s media URLs without an extra LiteDL compression pass, so bitrate stays as close as possible to the source.
