What resolution will I get?
LiteDL retrieves the largest version Instagram stores for that post. Portrait photos commonly reach up to about 1080 × 1350 px; square and landscape use Instagram’s max for that aspect ratio.

No. Only photos that are visible without logging into Instagram can be downloaded.
